This is a one-day course for front line staff delivering services to the public, office and building managers/administrators.
Participants will:
- Learn about their duties as service providers under the Disability Discrimination Act
- Understand more about inclusive design and inclusive environments
- Learn about access standards/codes of practice
- Work alongside disabled people to
create Authentic Access.
