Tracey Proudlock, BA (Hons) CIPD, is the founder of Proudlock Associates; a graduate from Leeds University and a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. Tracey has over 15 years experience of working in recruitment and human resource management, with a specific interest in recruitment and diversity within large organisations.
Liam Proudlock, BSc, MSc Inclusive Environments. Liam has over 18 years experience of creating Authentic Access for disabled people. His postgraduate studies at Reading University ensure Proudlock Associates are in the front line of inclusive design.
Lee Gowar BSc MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has wide experience of general surveying matters. Lee has responsibility for access auditing, space planning, cost and building advice within Proudlock Associates.
Rob Sykes specialises in the development of database and internetapplications. As part of his work he delivers inclusive IT solutions for both websites and desktop applications.
Nora Kirkwood BA (Hons). Nora is our office manager; she's the first person in the office every day because she lives locally and has worked in this part of north London for all her adult life! She's active in her local community, has a first class degree in Psychosocial Studies and has plans to return to part time study to achieve an MA in Disability Studies.
