Proudlock Associates has successfully delivered bespoke training to enable Land Securities Trillium customer-facing staff to respond effectively to disability issues in the workplace.![]()

Proudlock Associates deliver general one day training, where participants can:
- Look at ideas and attitudes about disability.
- Explore the different ways of explaining disability - the medical, charity and social models.
- Learn more about the Disability Discrimination Act.
- Look at how we can all develop good practice in our organisation or workplace.
Proudlock Associates also design sector specific programmes to address disability in employment, participants will learn to:
- Understand the nature of disability as specified in Part One of the Disability Discrimination Act.
- Understand the concept of “Reasonable Adjustment” and identify examples of this in the workplace.
- Understand the business case for diversity at work.
- Identify a range of disabling barriers in their own working environment and utilise policy to address them appropriately.
- Develop a personal action plan to promote best practice within their own working environment.
