Who we are

Proudlock Associates is an award winning  pan-disability and inclusive design consultancy service.  All of the consultants are disabled professionals, services and solutions are based on their own direct experience of disability, so they devise down-to-earth solutions that work.

Tracey Proudlock, founder of Proudlock Associates is a graduate from Leeds University, a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (MCIPD),  a former trustee of the Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus and a school governor.  In April 2010 she was appointed to  Equality 2025, a high-level advisory group of disabled people offering  Ministers and senior government officials strategic advice.Tracey has a track record in working with large and diverse organisations supporting them with their disability/diversity agenda. She regularly contributes to national and local media debates about diversity and the inclusion agenda; she is confident and comfortable with public speaking engagements and media appearances. 

 

Liam Proudlock joined Proudlock Associates in 2008.  Liam is highly qualified in inclusive design, gaining BSc. (Hons) MSc Construction Management (Inclusive Environments), from the University of Reading, 2004.

Before joining Proudlock Associates Liam worked at Capita and before that worked for 15 years at the BBC reviewing the BBC’s Access Standards and providing inclusive design guidance for  multi-million pound new build developments such as White City (London), Salford Quays (Manchester) and Pacific Quays (Glasgow). 

Liam is currently providing services for international design teams on eco-town centres, shared surfaces, Lifetime Homes and Wheelchair Housing. He has many years experience supporting developers with planning applications and  s106 agreements.
